Namaste! My name is Kim, and I am here to help you release stress and strengthen your mind, body, and spirit with mindful movement, breathwork, energy and sound healing techniques. Join me on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Services

This integrative practice is derived from the Himalayan Yoga-Vedantic tradition combining pranayama, sound current and meditation with Kriya, Asana, Laya and Chi movements. Each class will offer a different variation of these modalities to strengthen your physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies. Your flow of energy (prana) in the body will be expanded to help you drop into a state of transcendence (“no mind”). Then, we will distribute, ground and integrate that heightened prana before letting you back out into the world.
